About Me

My practice is dedicated to supporting people from all backgrounds through life’s transitions—whether it’s a career change, navigating identity challenges, a shift in relationships, or moving into a new life stage. I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain insights, and develop strategies to meet your unique challenges.

My approach to therapy centers on what you need and what truly works, rooted deeply in empathy. I believe therapy is a radical act of self-love and defiance—a space where you can gain profound self-insight, embrace who you truly are, and begin writing a more fulfilling story for your life.

Blending humor, resilience, and compassion with a deep understanding of life’s complexities, I offer a space that is queer-affirming, gender-affirming, and socially conscious. Whether you're facing a significant life transition or simply need a place to process, I’m here to support you. Reach out to schedule a consultation, and let’s see if we’re a good fit for this journey together.
